Troubletron may divorce me to marry my spinach burgers. Either way, he still needs ME to get what he wants.
He would do well to remember that he didn't even know what spinach tasted like until he met me!
And, not just spinach . . . roasted red peppers, ciabatta bread, and feta too.

Sorry everyone. I just went to grab the recipe to post it and realized I packed it up yesterday for moving. So . . . you'll have to wait for a few months until we are not homeless anymore and we get to unpack our boxes!
From memory, if you feel like trying:
1 10 oz box of frozen spinach, thawed, drained.
1 or 2 eggs?
1 clove garlic, diced
maybe 1/2 tsp dillweed
maybe 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 cup feta cheese
maybe 1/2 cup dried herb seasoned stuffing mix
You mix the dry stuff. Then, you add in the wet stuff. Form into four patties. Fry or grill for 4-5 minutes per side. Serve on whole wheat hamburger buns (or ciabatta bread if you like things that make you fat), and top with with greek yogurt, extra feta, roasted red peppers, red onion.
