I managed to eat something BESIDES sugar cookies for breakfast today.

. . . which is more of an accomplishment than you might think.

The fact that the sugar cookies are gone played a major role in the decision.

But, I could have had brownies.

Yay for you! I'm not a health nut by any means, but even I've started making the effort to be more balanced with my meals, and lay off of so much sugar. Trying to drink more water too, and less soda (even though I drink diet). Not for weight loss, just for overall health.

I really like the new layout too!
